Angela Funovits (born on July 29, 1987) is an American Magician, Mentalist and medical student. In October and November 2007, Funovits was the only female of ten mentalist contestants on the primetime NBC series Phenomenon, which was hosted by Tim Vincent and judged by Criss Angel and Uri Gellar. She finished as first runner-up on the series, after performing dangerous demonstrations of mentalism involving chain saws, knives, and fire. Cyril Takayama
Cyril Takayama (born September 27, 1973) is an American-Japanese illusionist of Japanese and French descent. He is perhaps best known for his magic performances around Japan. Some of Cyril’s signature tricks include the hamburger in the menu trick, having his head fall off his shoulders, and the card through window trick. His most dramatic trick was above the Circus Circus hotel, where he bungee jumps into the hotel pool with a sword and spears the chosen card of his co host from a deck floating in the water.

DO:
Do Meet the Magician
Face to face you can ensure the performer is the real deal, and also get a good feel for his performance style. If the Magicianis located in the same state it is reasonable to ask for a meeting at a local coffee shop to discuss your event. It’s easy to get it wrong…
DON’T:
Don’t Go for the cheapest option.
the Fact of the Matter is hiring a Magician is not a cheap task, why? because there are few strong stage performers and few that can endure the years of practise it takes to become a pro. This Guy below is not who we are talking about..
DONT:
Don’t Just hire the Magician because he is really really ridiculously good looking.
It’s tempting we know, Oh sooo tempting- but don’t.
DON’T:
Don’t hire this guy ! lol… he is Ducked.
DO:
Do Book in advance. If you planning a Wedding and you leave your entertainment to the last minute, you can be stuck with little options.
Having a fun wedding and your guests entertained overall should be the main focus. Typically the tend with weddings bookings can occur anywhere from 6-12months out from the performance date.
DON’T:
Don’t Hire a Hynotists or Mentalist if a majority of your guests do not understand English, or the performer can not speak in the Guests Language. Both Hypnosis and Mentalism involve a large amount of talking to be effective.
In this case it is always better to go for a Visual Magician.
DO:
Do Hire a Magician with skill.. this is an awesome example of a unique effect.
DO:

Although the business was registered in april on 2009, and wasnt till late october ( 2 years ago ) in 2009 that we pushed our ship from shore into the scary sea of business. Time really does fly! and looking back from the place we started.. we are happy with all we have discovered & created along the way.
Of course the journey is not over, it has only just begun. Magique was formed shortly after I “james Patrick” hosted my birthday on a Harbour cruise with my best friend – whom is a magician, Jean-Christophe Performing with various other magic buddies I’d met over the years. The first cruise, my birthday – saw 120 people aboard and everyone seemed to have a great time.
within 2 years, we have taken it from 120 people – to 2300+ …so we must be sailing in the right direction. In saying that, the focus is not throwing the biggest parties by any means, but rather attempting to throw the most unique parties. Unique by the effort our clientelle put into their costumes, the stage acts and the general visual layout and vibe. No Fights, No troublemakers just a group of people bound by a common interest – fun!
